Hello! I'm Tiffany Mitshulis, a computer technician, educator, and the founder of Teach Technology. Teaching Technology has been a passion of mine for a long time. It all began when I started working for Lakeside Computers over 12 years ago. I would assist clients in learning how to do various tasks on their computer or mobile device. Many wanted to learn about their new phone or computer but had no options available around Lake Oconee or nearby areas.
My husband suggested that I create a classroom learning environment where people can come to learn anything they desire! This sparked the creation of Teach Technology. I wanted to focus on subjects that are important to beginners in order to build their technical skills. Having a good foundation is a must in today's busy environment. I started creating courses in 2019 and taught for almost a year before COVID hit and interrupted things. Luckily, I kept up with technology and created new courses now that things are returning to normal.
My courses at Lakeside Computers cover various subjects, including the Learn the Basics, Beyond the Basics, and Advanced Topics series. Each course is approximately one hour long and features a hands-on learning approach highlighting details typically overlooked in standard classes. It includes a 1-2 page outline detailing the essential steps and elements of the course. You must bring your device to follow along. There is always something to learn, and with technology growing daily, it leaves so many classes to teach!

With over 14 years of experience in the IT industry, I have honed my skills in providing a wide range of IT services. From cloud computing to network management and virus prevention to data backup and recovery, I have the expertise to handle all your IT needs. I stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide the best solutions for my students.

I have always believed in providing a hands-on learning experience. I understand that every person is unique, and so are their learning needs. That's why I work closely with my students to help them better understand the technology they use. Bringing your device allows you to follow along and practice the steps necessary for mastering the skill(s).

If you have a small group of friends, a social club, or family members who wish to learn more about a particular subject, look no further! Teach Technology covers common devices and everyday subjects. For advanced topics, it's best to divide into multiple sessions for the best learning experience.
